Final Stage Resistor

I believe my final stage resistor needs replacing as the heater blowers do not work 

I have read the how to's and see it is a relatively simple job. However, every single person who has done the replacement says it is very diddly and that small hands are required :s

Being 6'4", small hands are not one of my attributes ha ha

Anyone in or around the Lichfield area that can do this and wants to earn themselves some extra spending money for Christmas!? All offers of help gratefully received!

Anyone around anywhere at all that I can drive to, that can help? 

Or does anyone have any approximate estimations of what it should cost to get it fixed at bmw or an indy?
