Steering vague at straight ahead.

Only had it a few months and my 2006 3.0D on 20's has done 120k. Steering in the straight ahead position is vague at best, loads of play at the wheel and its really annoying, fatigueing to drive particularly in a cross wind. I've had Powerflex front bushes fitted and 4 wheel alignment, the tyres are good and branded.

Any ideas? Am i just expecting too much?

track rod ends, lower and upper arms? steering rack? the list is endless, if you dont have the means to check, get a good indy to look at it
