Condensation on driver side fog light

Post by AldoG420 » Sun Sep 01, 2013 2:06 pm

I've noticed condensation on the fog light , took it apart and clean it ,but there's still some remaining water inside , minor but left some brown marks :( also on the back of the unit there's a blue cover that says Denko nitio , when I removed it there a seal like u get on a ketchup bottle before u open it .. What is that for? Can it be used to drain remaining water ? Thanks ImageImage

Could be a 'breather' to let steam or water vapour out when the lamp is running.......but that's just a guess.

The Japanese name is just the manufacturer.
