BW chip tune tuning/remap console

Hi, Couple of items for sale as they will be surplus to requirements when I sadly have to trade in the bmw next week.

1. Genuine 2012 DVD high European map update disk. SOLD

2. Bw chip tune remapping console and fault code reader. If you have bought or are planning to buy a remap from Jason having you own console will allow you the flexibility to switch between your standard and tuned maps using your own console (ideal if your taking to the garage for warranty claims etc). Also handy for reading fault codes. I paid £275 for the remap and £150 for the console. Looking for £120 delivered.

Edit: Console reduced to £80, just want shot of it now the car has gone.

I have my 40d mapped already by Evolve but we have just added an x6 to the family, therefore happy to buy the bw console...

Though I would like to contact Jason first before I go ahead. Is that okay? If it sells before Jason and I speak then I fully understand.

Console won't work in newer cars - ECU needs to come out.

Just a add to Sanj's point, a general note to everyone is to please check with jason that the device is compatible with your vehicle. The console seems to work on the e71 X6 as per Jason's thread (http://xdrivers.co.uk/forum/https://xdr ... ic.php?t=5) where he supplied a link to all compatible cars.

The disk ? I assume it is 2012-1 and not 2012-2 (so from October 2011)?

Hi pvr, it just says "update DVD road map Europe. High. 2012."

Part no. t1000-18021.

Stratstone replaced my entire sat nav unit and provided this update disk in December 2012 so I assume its the later one?

Well, in December, the release was 2013-1 (as it was released in October 2012), so it looks like they gave an older from stock item (surprised that they gave you anything as they could have just swapped the old disk over which is what they did when they replaced the drive on my old E53).

Interesting enough, mine (on my M) says just DVD Road map etc, not the word "Update".

How about £40?

I can buy the new OEM one from Germany for just over 100 Euro, hence my lower offer for an older disk.
