Battery change now fault lights.

Post by Willbof » Wed Aug 21, 2013 3:41 pm

Hi all, just changed out my battery for a Bosch silver as I was getting the trans failsafe message in the mornings. All went well until I switched the car on. I've got brake, abs and traction lights all lit up on dash. Something I've done? Is there a way to reset without plugging it in? Currently got it disconnected for a while to see of that works!

Reconnect the battery and with the engine running turn the steering fully from lock to lock whilst creeping forward (to save any strain on the suspension).  The lights should go out.
