Having replaced badges front, rear and wheels finally got the final piece today - steering wheel badge :)

Also received my rear camera today but that's a project for weekend.

Looks good. Ive just won one of these on eBay and Ive also just replaced front a rear badges. Also de-badged the X5 and the 3.0d badges from the side.

Hmmmmmmmm I like that!

I've also changed the front and rear badges, steering wheel badge, and front grilles all for the carbon fibre effect.  Wheels were in quite a bad way, so thought I'd change for the CF look when the wheels came back in Graphite.  Really pleased I did.

Oh and I also treated myself to some BMW valve caps too; and no bugger has nicked them yet either!  :P

I like the finish on those wheels. Wheel refurb is on my list of things to do - just find it hard to be without the car atm. Guy at work recommended a place in Stockport so I might take a trip to see how much it will cost and how long they need it for. Problem is the wifes car only has 4 seats and with 3 kids it makes things a bit difficult.

Try AWR. Alloy wheel refurbishes in Bury, they powder coat them, so may be able to turn them around in a day, I've had a few cars done there and they do a good job. £. 40 a corner, that maybe plus VAT?
He may do cash deals.
It's only 30 minutes away from Ashton / Dukinfield area.

I got all my badges/wheel cap from this seller on eBay - not the cheapest but after I got the first badge I knew the quality was good -

Was bugging me that I couldn't remember how much I paid for my CF badges.  I knew they were not cheap but like you I also purchased at the same time, 4 x centre caps, front & rear badge, steering wheel, 4 x valve caps, and front grilles too, in all was £135.  Was from a guy called Ian Clifton but for the life of me I cannot find his website.  :o  He also sells vehicle badges via eBay and goes by the name of badgeman_12345 but doesn't appear to have many for sale anymore.  Top quality badges though.  ;)

Ive just done this to my black one and loosing the X5 really does sharpen the look of the rear. Get the WD40 at hand for tidying up the paint work tho!  ;)
