4.8is Factory / Oem Tyre Type?

Post by Matt007 » Sat Jul 13, 2013 7:22 pm

Hi All,

A quick, curious question if I may;

Have done a quick search, but cannot seem to find out what tyres would of came on the 4.8is (2005) out of the factory?

Would these have varied, or would BMW always have used one manufacturer e.g Bridgestone?

Thanks as always
Matt

Most likely Michelin Diamaris at that age.  They were pretty much standard throughout the E53 lifespan.

Mine definitely came with Bridgestones - but the vehicle was sold new in Ireland, so perhaps different tyres for different markets.
