Hi from West Wales

I've just upgraded from a 2008 X3 2.0D MSport to a 2010 X5 E70 3.0 sd MSport.

The X5 is just a much more refined car although the new X3 may prove me wrong...

It's Space Grey with 20" alloys, heated seats front and rear, 3rd row of seats, tow bar........

Nice upgrade, not sure that the new X3 will upset your choice... It won't be better than what you have just got for the money!
