Yes it is, I have done it on mine with my BMW Scanner 1.4.0
If you have a scanner, or live near someone with one its a 5 minute job, or you can buy them off EBay for around £30.
Alternatively your indie or dealer can code your car

Can also be done with the Intravee if you have 1 and it's got the latest firmware on it. Don't forget you can also set auto unlock when you go to "Park" or when you remove the keys; your choice.

With scanner/Autologic you can only code the doors to lock automatically , you need to have Intravee
to get them to unlock automatically too . I have this scenario on my '05 model .
'18 F25 Alpina XD3 Bi-turbo, Sapphire Schwarz

‘97 E36 B8 4.6 Touring (19/27) , Individual Tannen Grun

'02 E39 ACS5 3.0d Touring , Individual Velvet Blau - sold

'05 E53 X5 3.0d , Sapphire Schwartz - sold

in my case of the two keys i have, with one key all the doors lock as soon as the car reaches 20 KMPH

with the second key they do not lock.

personally i hate the auto locking function, every time i have someone in the car unfamiliar with the system when they want to get out their they are ripping at the handle trying to open the door, i have got to remember to hit the unlock button just as i come to a stop.

im sure someday one of my inner door handles is going to be torn out of the door.

personally unless you live in an area where car jacking is a problem i wouldnt do it.

however i do like the feature where on unlocking it only unlocks the drivers door on the first touch and all doors on the second.
