hello , iv installed my scanner as per a how to guide on the net , im running 64bit windows 7
program starts says the obd unit is plugged in and working but when i go to scan my x5 , i get a error message saying connection error with IKE and EWS
if i unplug the connector , makes no odds still saying connection error with IKE and EWS
any help ?
