Just had the car serviced with oil and all the filters etc but the car still reckons its only got 10'000 miles till the next oil change.........i know im doing a lot of town driving but i thought that this should be higher.
Any thoughts?

Mine came back with 18,000 miles BUT with a date of this November as that's when the MOT is due.
Did they put non-long life oil in? That can shorten the service intervals to 10k. 'M' cars are also shorter.

Ill have to check about the oil but for the price of it its either long life or i now own shares in Castrol
