Not sure to either of those i'm afraid. Module is small and beige - maybe about the size of a packet of fags. My local independant sorted it for me after lots of frutsrating attempts to pair keys etc.

I used Crago BMW specialists. They are in dartford on 8 st vincents road (rear of property) - postcode DA1 1XW. They were recommended to me and i've been VERY happy with them. Both friendly and helpful. Ritchie is the main man there. Good luck! Let us know how you get on!

Hi, Finally got a resolution to this problem.
Went to Crago BMW specialist in Dartford as advised by MrMaloo and after much investigation, Ritchie found out that it was a broken wire within the loom situated in the tailgate that is connected to the receiver module.
Re-wired and working fine now. Really good team of guys at Crago and only deal with BMW & Mini, I will definitely use them again.
