Is there a guy on here that fixes remote keys?, I'm sure I've seen it on one of his posts! If not can anyone recommend someone? Cheers

What is wrong with the key? If it is just the battery went flat you can recharge it by going for a long drive using that key and if you need to reprogram it to the car you can follow the instructions here -https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3YcFN3N ... ata_player

The locking button and a few little switches in the key have come off the circuit board so was hoping to get it fixed, its only a spare but would like it working.

Jay. I have an old key from a 540 that was written off (not my doing) you are welcome to it if you want to try and swap the electronics into yours. Not 100% sure it will work but you're welcome to try.

Yeah you will have to get bmw to program it to the car for you. Or I think it can be done with the bmw scanner 1.4.0. If you know someone that has one or if there are any members close to you.
