their recruiting self employed plumbers/ electricians for a national scheme something to do with people who cant afford it getting free central heating upgrades paid for affordable energy or something.....anyway the electrical part is to wire up 4 boilers per day 4-5 days a week, plumbers do one boiler change per day 4-5 days a week
