Worn steering wheel

Post by garethdeb » Mon May 13, 2013 1:45 pm

Hi folks
My steering wheel is getting a bit crabby now but I don't wanna spend a fortune having it all retrimmed. It's just the grip all round that is worn so I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a cheap DIY job? I can't stand those naf covers you get in Halfrauds and market stalls and that tape, makes it look like a Cortina!
Cheers all
G

Have a look on fleabay and see if there are any for sale.  I'm sure a few folks on here have had re-trims done at very reasonable prices too.
