finally got a car!

So set off wanting m3, then thaught of comprimises etc etc

Wanted carbon black or estoril, and soon realised all the estoril ones are either abused or massively over priced, anyway got one yesterday, here's a rough spec

M3 e46 convertible, facelift
Carbon black
Black nappa leather
factory xenons and led rears
Silver dash inserts
Manual
Electric seats etc
Full comms pack, sat nav tv etc
Heated seats
Harmon kardon stereo with factory sub (sounds awesome)
19" polished wheels with all round new tyres
Tax til jul
Mot til feb

3 previos owners, the last having had 2005-present day
Fsh 3 indy, 7 bmw + running in servive
2003

Great cars, hope you enjoy it.  I sold my coupe in 2007, it was the same colour combo and exactly the same spec as yours.  I let it go for a Z4MC which, although sharing the same engine, feels like an entirely different car.

I've got great memories of the M3, took it to the south of France a couple of times and found it to be an accomplished cruiser.  At other times it could be ragged around tight B roads with great aplomb.  Really versatile machine and a hoot to drive.

I know the drill, I was up at 7 to clean it only to start and then it started to rain so havnt got it done or had a blast with the roof off! Loving it though can't believe a 320d even crossed my mind now!  As above its great it can be driven like a 318 quietly round town or take it over 3000rpm and it just turns into a raging widowmaker!  Also love the sport button that changes throttle response etc didn't expect that on a manual.
