What needs doing on my E70

I have a 2008 E70. Currently it has just over 95k on the clock. I have just finished paying off the finance, so it is mine outright. Its such a great feeling that you no longer have to pay for a car.

So I will be holding on to it for another year or so. It cuts down my outgoings, and frankly theres nothing out there that would urge me to change.

So my question is, what can I expect to have to change on it in the next year or so, considering I may put on another 20k miles. I recently had the front control arms done and new brake discs. I was told about maybe doing 3 timing chains and tensioners. Would that be correct?

Have you had it remapped yet?

Why would I remap it? Benefits?

The rear airbag keeps deflating, so I see thats gonna have to be replaced.

Should I do anything else?

Bar routine service items I can't think of any particular item that would need attention. When was the air con recharged? That may benefit from a re-gas and clean through.

Does the vehicle have main dealer history?

Main dealer history? Hahahah! No I dont go to main dealers to get raped on prices! Independent mechanic, has done all my cars recently.

Point of example today and how main dealers can kiss my rear end. The xenon dipped bulb went. Price from main dealer...........€275!!!!!!!! What the actual fcuk!?!?
