Thanks for the info and the comments  :)

Collecting it, well the dealership offered free delivery, might not sound brilliant but when you consider the car is in Yorkshire and I'm just north of London and it's a 3 hour drive then it's appealing.

It only needs a few very minor scratches polished out and the tyres fitted, no major repairs or paint so I'm thinking that delivery might be the easier option. The sales bloke says he will take pics of any corrections prior to agreeing delivery and send them to me and the delivery driver is a guy around 60yrs old who is use to driving these and BMWs up to £70K so he respects them and knows he needs to look after it.
If I train it up there I need to go into London, Euston/Kings Cross before I can get a direct train to Wakefield, not the most pleasant experience  :(

They are looking at the end of next week if the delivery guy is available.

Another pic;

LOL, I never took too much notice before but you're right, I bet my family and friends will pick this up too. Maybe I need to get a private plate sooner rather than later  :P
Thinking about it that's the reason it still had it's previous owners private plate on when I viewed it !! Crafty buggers.

Sorry, I couldn't help but mention it!

I still seem to get loads of emails about X5's for sale plus other dealer offers even though I bought mine in January.

I keep telling them but then I get more from another dealer - must have been yesterday or day before I saw yours and it rung a bell when you posted the spec.

I think the speed limit display takes a combination of Sat Nav and reading the signs from a camera mounted on the rear view mirror.

I have the HUD so see it there, but you can also display it on the little orange OBC screen between the speedo and rev counter.

Colour looks great, didn't spot it was grey initially!

Another question  :)

The rear seats.... The salesman showed the back of the seats hinging forward to provide a bigger load area but they it still gave an angle as the base of the rear seats weren't lifted up first as you can do in most hatchbacks/estates.
Now, he said the base of the rear seats doesn't lift up to give a flat load area and are fixed, is this yet another example of him not knowing the car or is he right?
