Respect !!!
Respect !!!
.... to my 3 year old son who managed, from his baby seat in the back, to projectile vomit over the front passenger seat this morning. Nothing serious - just the motion - even though I was driving very slowly after getting the warning signs. Ton of tissues and baby wipes later and it's all taken care of!
And that's after my wife who, very out of character, did the same all over the sofa on Thursday after a champagne fuelled night out with the girls, and needed my help.
Think that means i've earned something ... )

I'll never forget my younger brother chucking up in my dad's brand-spanking new Merc 280E (1983). It had cloth seats....

Double brownie points and played the joker for double credit regarding the missus. Use it quickly though - in my experience memories fade quickly...

Re: Respect !!!
That's very unlucky. As said above, lucky with the leather interior.

Growing up in Argyll was wonderful but a big, very wafty car on those roads plus an habitually carsick 8 year old....
We felt sorry for him and no big deal was made of it. But the slightest, lingering smell, especially in the cold, made us all opt for the Golf GTI for most trips. As I said, gross.

Re: Respect !!!
Brownie points indeed!!!! MJim but as stated above use them quickly or lose them >:D
I'm sure anyone with kids has had a similar incident at some stage. A couple of years we went over to Co. Wicklow for the OH's birthday. picked up a hire car in Dublen and within an hour my son had decorated the rear seat along with the OH's new coat. Poor lad, he was so upset. Not a pleasant experience for anybody. :'(
