Grand Prix thread

Post by huck » Sun Mar 17, 2013 7:50 pm

If there's a thread already, apologies.

Did anyone watch the Australian GP this morning? First time in years that I've woken up for a race and I'm really glad I did. Hoping that the Raikkonen win is indicative of another really open season.

Absolutely. Really impressed with how Lotus managed their tyres and their speed was excellent. Very promising start to the season.

Definitely was in the BBC highlights.  Just watched it!  Lewis was pretty embarrassed when asked about it post race ...

Missed the LH post race interview, I did however see the one with SV looking lost trying to explain why he dumped on MW.

Even by F1 standards, a lot of politics in this race.

So right! NR was really pissed at not being able to pass LH.  But at least he did as he was told and should reap what he sows, unlike SV who may live to regret pulling that stunt on MW.  He's not going to move over again!

I think you're right. MW will probably be thinking 'screw you all' now. Can't wait to see what happens next.

The season may have just had its most influential race...
