Gotta hand it to BMW. Great coffee and biscuits.

Rather average wash of the car......was only a fiver though.

They charged you to wash the car?! BMW Battersea (servicing arm of Park Lane) wash it for free whenever it goes in - and surprisingly their hourly rate is the lowest in the London area ("subsidised" as they put it by BMW UK who they're owned by). Still blo*dy expensive so I take that so called 'subsidy' with a pinch of salt!

Nope. They charged me a bleedin' fiver. Didn't have time or energy to argue the toss to be honest.
