Due to different types of aircraft I fly, I have to do four 'check rides' every year. Still a sh1tie pilot mind you  :))

I agree with all of the above...

But as I do 500 M/Way (M4,M25, M1) miles per week, the ones that currently wind me up the most are.
Middle/outside lane hoggers.
Muppets who speed up then slow down in front of me when I'm in cruise.
Twats with their rear fogs on when its not foggy.
Plebs that cut into my lane, causing me to brake.
Cocks that don't indicate when change lanes.
Jerks that slam their brakes on when they see blue lights on the other carriageway...
Aaaah, I found that quiet cathartic...

Tailgaters = people fed up that you dont keep left when it is possible for you to do so? I tend not to get too many people on my tail as the closer they get the slower I go. Seems the message hits them reasonably quickly, else I pull half over to let them see I can't actually go anywhere myself.  It's all about smooth progression observation anticipation as has been mentioned before. I did the IAM thing and that was quite refreshing as its about making progress not just dawdling along in a world of ones own. It is so easy to get annoyed when you have a 4 hour drive and some tit going 2 miles to the shops is just so blissfully unaware of anything around above behind or underneath them!

On the way home today another 2 plonkers, only drive 10 miles on the motorway. 3rd lane hogger doing 65mph, 18:25 so lights should be on but this dude thinks its ok not to. Evan giving him some bright fog lights, still nothing.

Here's one:

I irritate myself when I do something stupid on the road. Not often at all and nearly always due absent-mindedness.

Bloody annoying and always very sobering. (Not literally, I'm not that stupid ;))

Don't we all love the drivers who wait at a junction until it's almost too late, then they pull out but don't bother to accelerate.

And how about those who only just manage 25mph but still brake for a slight bend in the road...

I forgot about the rear fogs! With you on that one 100%!  Don't they realise that someone is more likely to rear end them as they can't see when they re breaking....

right heres mine-

1 Drivers using front fogs day and night with no fog at all dazzeling you (middle age men in shite cars)
2 Drivers on the motorway with rear fogs on in rain (clue in the name)
3 Drivers who leave their rear fog on when your behind them in fog-no need to burn my eyes
4  Fog lights been used when visibility is 1 mile or so!!
5 People who get to the end of a slip road doing 30 and just pull out
6 People who pull out a junction in front of you and accellerate like there in a tractor
7 One when im in the truck, been cut up before a r/bout where do i stop?

All of the ones menchioned before but mainly fog light misuse as this really hurts my eyes for some reason
and i always thaught it was an offence to use them in under 100yrds or so visibility, it now seems the norm for people to use fronts all the time despite them been of no use even in the dark, besides anyone with a good car with hids knows that some horrible yellow fogs look rubish, i find its not youngsters but more middle aged men in shit £500 mondeos etc!

If you're in the truck then light em up with about 5kW of spotlights/floodlights if they leave the fogs on.  They usually get the message! >:D
