anyone elses internet plaqued by adverts that apear on what ever your looking at, there not popups more there all the time, also certain words are high-lighted and when the mouse goes near them an ad pops up?

Look in your add and remove program's in control panel. I found in Internet explorer I had a side section that used to compare stuff with everything I typed in, you could temp disable it from Int exp? But it had managed to install as a new program. Went to control panel / add remove program's and deleted it,all was ok after.
