Not much of an excuse, but I'm using the daughters iPad mini without my glasses!

Did you leave them at Rebecca's?

Yes, she kicked me out as you were coming round!

535dboy,

Rebecca's been on the phone, asked me to go round as she needs a real man after your disappointing visit.  Said something along the lines, 'fast car to go with his fast ride!'

C320.

As you are using photobucket you need only do a little pasting and copying to get your photos to come up in the post.

In the above picture you will see  an 'Image Links' bar.  Open this and then copy and paste the IMG code and although this will show as a link when writing your post, it will change to the picture once posted.

Sorry all fixed now - hope it hasn't made the thread to long - funny comments on the 'dating link' within the pic you posted though!

Many thanks, I thought I had the image tags in their when I posted it  :(

It's a very nice looking ride (the car!!) and I almost bought a 5 GT in place of the X6, but by the time I had specced it up it was nearly £10k more than the X6.  Dealer had one for a while with Comfort Seats front & rear, very plush..... :)

Thanks Richard - appreciate the positive comments  :)

The other one I looked at but missed out on had a mega spec with the rear entertainment system, heated rear seats, head up display, soft close doors etc. Unfortunately the colour combination was Black with Black leather and it didn't have the wood trim either (which I quite like).

I love this the more I drive it and am beginning to warm to it's looks too - in fact it looks a little bit X6'ish from the rear 3/4

Good looking car with as you say a very plush interior. We had also looked at the GT a few years ago and when we purchased the F10 520d the GT still only had the 3 litre engine, at the time running costs were too high for us.

Many happy hours of driving ahead.
