Kinda surprised ebay would do nothing about a fraudulent listing. Kinda makes a mockery of the whole deal really.
Ironically a friend of mine sold a perfectly working blackberry on eBay once and the buyer bricked it updating the firmware. Complained to eBay who cancelled the transaction. Sure the seller returned the bricked phone.
Seems the only real winners are ebay themselves and the scammers.
