I assume you can but complex and expensive?
What other options are there. For a luxury car lack of sat nav doesn't look as good IMO

It can be done, bit of a PITA as the wiring loom needs to be laid and then all the individual components need buying: screen, radio module, tv module, satnav, changer, Bluetooth module, mic for Bluetooth. Needless to say it's expensive! Anther option is being discussed in the thread below:
