Don't know how you are doing it but this may be of help??:-
http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum/sh ... ?t=1553779
Does what it says on the tin
You have to check the whole file as sometimes things are in there 2 or three times. to activate may need all occurrances of that to be modified

If things were meant to be easy, then I will soon complicate them....

Re: NCS expert
He used NCS Expert to change his vehicles SA number (which tells the vehicle which options it has fitted) back to what it was before he retrofitted SA536 Parking Heater using DIS.
He done exactly the same thing as I done on my vehicle, except mine went smoothly with no problems.
The boys on that bimmerforums ling are the guys to speak to. The guy Revtor, is the guy who's profile all the guides tell you to use for other programming. (when changing things from active to not active)
Have you tried reading the car with DIS to see if there are any fault codes stored, that might give you an indication as to what is wrong?

Re: NCS expert
are you sure you have a blank .man file in your working directory prior to executing job?
also check the job is set correctly at each time.
if the incorrect man file is uploaded then the unit will return to defaults
(or give some wierd results)

We did not manipulate any module files - we changed the ZCS / Vehicle Order SA code to delete factory option SA536, as it was added by wikiturbo himself, without fitting the associated components required for that option.
to do this we calculated the new SA and used NCS Expert to change it.
SA after wikiturbo retrofitted SA536 = 250B1F10090FEA0FS
Recalculated SA to return it to original = 250B1F10090DEA0FQ

Re: NCS expert
fair enough
I have never changed the sa codes.
you should be able to just change the specifics for the tire monitoring.
its in the general module (GM3) so you could reapply under that
