Bit 'off' to my wife in the service department a few years ago, but probably a few people changed since then. Get good service from Coopers in Durham

Coopers Colchester, went a fair way there last Saturday to look at a used X5 and it was very poor despite them telling me loads of times it was mint. The Coopers group ain't got my vote tbh  >:(

Glad I'm not the only one with not a particularly high opinion of them.  Think next time I will go to Lloyds in Newcastle.

Hi, I use Coopers in Durham and have found the service to be pretty good so far. Plus there's a lass who walks about looking stunning, that always seems to cheer me up!
2006 3.0d Sport, Carbon Black,Comms pack with Assist,Climate pack,Premium + Sport Plus pack, Nappa leather, pano roof, and Comfort seats - which is sadly now sold and has been replaced by a Mazda 6, oh well shit happens.

Coopers try turning their nose up at me when I go for parts ETC so only use if I HAVE to.

Mates a mechanic at Lloyds at Gateshead though :-D
Regards
Aaron
