BMW & Microsoft agree a licensing deal...

Post by X5Sport » Sat Jan 19, 2013 9:07 pm

It is being reported that BMW & Microsoft have done a deal that will allow BMW vehicles to use Microsoft's exFAT file system on their new cars.

Blue Screen of Death and unintelligible gobbledygook error codes here we come then..... :(

I suppose we'll be holding the start button frequently to reboot the system?

I wonder if the 'fruity firm' will get the hump and stop supporting 'iProducts' on BMW cars? ;)

So you will press start button to open a whole menu of options, but none of them will actually be 'Start' just a 'Shut Down' and 'Reboot' - cool

My understanding is that the Start/Stop button will be replaced with 3 individual buttons Ctrl-Alt-Delete  :))
