Low washer orange dash light not illuminating?

Little niggle this one.  I still get the central informer text and gong to say the washer fluid level is low, but the orange light that used to light and stay lit no longer works.

Is this just a case of getting to a bulb in the dash?

if u have a scanner there's an option on it to check all the lights on the dash.

Yes, I have got one of those.  I'll have to dig it out and have a play.  If it is just a light, are they easy to get to?
