BMW I Phone APP 'My Remote'

I thought this APP had a feature for 'Pre Warming' the interior of the car , or am I mistaken? Does it only unlock & Lock the doors from the I Phone ?

I had it with the F10, it would precondition, as no pre heater fitted, but would pre heat if I had it fitted.

Only get lock/unlocked on mine but it remains alarmed (useful if i lock my keys in golf bag in boot again!!) US cars get lights on as well

I looked this up a while back and it seems only to be available on the newer models. Shame, would have been better than using the timer or remote.
