I think that's what I did on mine.....but on the wife's car the cable is shredded, the end is completly missing. No idea why a warning isn't showing unless it was cancelled. It's just coilled up ot of the way....idiots

shoot! now i remember i have a brand new set of pads for the front and sensor from dealer sitting in my garage. i think i am getting old. here is a pic of OE sensor

You're welcome. It's a good deal at ECP and you can get another 5% back if you use quidco. Worthwhile on larger purchases. Got me £18 back on my recent brake and suspension arm purchase.
