Depends who you listen to!

USA - Adaptive drive and active steering.

UK - Type 258 19-inch alloy wheels, sports seats, leather upholstery and high gloss Shadowline trim.

Hmm I thaught it might be something like that, I've been looking a while and I seen an e70 that matched what I was after but was not a sport, said dynamic pack and it has the wheel arches on and sport seats as well as 20s looked very good for an se, and with sports been more money and a lot of people saying the se's ride nicer etc I thaught it could be a nice comprimise!

The ride on an SE with the dynamic pack and 20s will be the same as an M-Sport with 20s. It's the same suspension, unless either of them has the 'Sports suspension delete' option.

I think the SE extended arches aren't painted, whereas he M-Sport's are.

Snowflake alloys with the SE and Dynamic pack (thanks 535dboy).

You get running boards only on the SE and the extended wheel arches are only on SE models if you spec the 20s, otherwise you don't get them.

Bumper trim is grey on the SE unlike the MSport - like all E53s.

But, if you can pick up an SE with the Aero kit and fully colour-coded, they're REAL nice! ;)

SE extended wheel arches are almost as wide as the M-Sport ones but not exactly the same, but you only can tell if you try to fit M-sport arch on SE :)
