Positive dealer experience

Always nice to praise when it is due. Big 'up' for bluebell bmw Wilmslow who have been exemplary today. Changed to winters with summers stored foc even though purchased at another dealer. Full walk through all work done and a 'hands up' to minor trim damage with new part on order foc. No fuss, all completed at time stated and appreciate the honesty as its somewhere I would not have seen.

+1, but I also wonder how much of the service was due to your very profitable custom? The true test of any business is one that treats all customers to the highest standard. That said, not charging you is a fair call because of how much you spend with BMW.
