Yes, felt that today was my last chance to get them on. Need the car to get the children from uni this week for the Christmas break and would hate to get stuck in snow whilst I have the wheels at home ...

They do take a little getting used too but when the snow arrives, the smug smile on your face as you plough on by all the other motorists struggling will say it all.  >:D

Sod winter wheels/tyres this is England where the temperature rarely falls low enough to warrant looking like a twat!

I spoke to him earlier and he did suggest he might bring his wife's car because of the weather.....

FFS I'm bringing my 335i which has the traction of a snail on a razor blade in wet weather!
