Look! She's Naked!
So you've rushed over to see this hot naked female.......ok confession time, I've de-badged the X. Now be honest with me, had I named the topic as .'De-badged X' would've you been looking in quite sooo eagerly?
Anyway, 15 minute job and she looks far better. Clean flanks and even if I say so myself, nice tight arse.

Never anthropomorphise computers. They hate that.
Look! She's Naked!
Reminds of the email I got a few years back titled 'A cracking picture of Jordan'...
Does look good. Thinking of doing mine on the back (sides already done).

X5Sport - on the brave pills again?
Debadged is the way to go. Mine was also off factory like that. Must save hugely on the mitt during washing, never mind losing about 2 kg when dropping that massive sentence.

Re: Look! She's Naked!
Totally agree de badged is the only way. When ever I've ordered new, always ticked the de badged option. And like the X6, I always de badge second hand cars. Just love the cleaner lines.

Looks like I'm the only/first dissenter then. I prefer badged - if you got it, flaunt it (and I have a complete chapter on the back of my 6!!).
Re: Look! She's Naked!
Do prefer the de-badged look.

That's because you would need a week to get yours off. :razz1:

Wilko, you're just going to have to concede that Vermilion (firery) red is the best colour for the X6! :pokey: :razz1:

Still surprised that the E71 did not come with rubbing strips on the doors- not until X5Sport pointed it out to me at the last meet. Totally shaved look!

Just used hair dryer to heat up the area and then used a cloth to get between the car and the badge. Take your time, once the glue, foam softens up the badge comes away nice and easy. Then cleaned the area with some polish. Like I said, around fifteen minutes to do the lot.
