Recall on bolt in pully.  I think UK models are affected.  Apologies if already posted elsewhere.  ;)

Nothing about it on the VOSA Recalls website (yet!!)

The 35D model was replaced in the UK in early 2010 by the 40D - only the US now still has the 35D AFAIK, so this may not affect non-US cars.

Just had a call from my dealer about this, must be pretty swift off the mark as my car was there last week for the Comfort Access recall and this obviously wasn't known about at that time.

Think they just want to keep getting me into the showroom to see all the lovely new cars and lend me some demos to get me tempted.

Hi Davy, what was the comfort access recall for?  All models or just certain models/years?

It affects all BMWs made from 2006 until September last year.

There's a theft issue covered in depth on the Forum.  You need to have it done if the car has not had any updates in the last few months.

See here...... thread

Didn't realise the comfort access was connected to the theft issues.  My car has had the upgrade, so ok.
