iPod isn't a good way, period.

Intravee doesn't support video, just audio.

Do you only want to view podcasts or are you happy to view anything in avi format. If so, try here.

think ill just go for dvd headrests! just for my daughter on journeys but wouldnt mind tv as well. at the mo i just strap ipod to headrest but want something a bit more perm

Do you mean iPod or iPad?

PS2 mod is super cheap and permanent. With a 100Gb hard drive attached to it, you can have 100's of Peppa Pigs, Sponge Bob or Phineas and Ferb!

I used an av module in line to the oe headunit which allowed for input (iPod, etc) and output to rear headrest monitors.

just got the tv in motion to work with navcoder but your right the reception is terrible! anybody using the digi tuner from tv in motion?

Don't expect miracles as the TV broadcast system is simply not set up for mobile service, and digital signals are much less tolerant of signal 'fade' than analogue because the receivers on domestic kit only need a little tiny signal compared that that required from analogue.  Main stations on analogue were 1 Megawatt, Digital ones are typically 1/10 of that.  Cars need much more signal because they only have cr@p aerials.

Something new to attach to your roof rails then.......motorised of course.

ha, ill get a yagi up on the rails!

mates landcruiser has pioneer headunit not sure if the tuner is pioneer but he gets a great reception with aerial back and front opp corners and traveling at speeds. anyone tried the tv in motion up grade unit with dual aerials?
