Very nice.....
How do you find driving with the LED lights? I'm assuming you have them installed?

Snipes, great mean evil looking car you have there. :upset: Loving the power bulge ( on the bonnet!) the ghosting around the headlights looks fantastic. I can't wait to see one of these beasts in the flesh.
I wonder if this is the first M Sprot car with a mpg gauge?
Health to enjoy.

Ohh very nice, good colour choice too
Re: X6 M50d
LED headlights [yes I have them] are deffo an improvement over the 40d. Cool white light picks up more detail of the road surface. Still think BMW could have fitted either DRLs or slim LED fogs into the strips on the front bumper air intake areas (cue an aftermarket kit no doubt).
No comments on the grilles? I've fitted the black Performance ones and think these are a good match.
Main differences from the 40d are exhaust note, and the fact that 3rd turbo comes in around 3k rpm and just pulls and pulls. No need to plant the accelerator now, more of a squeeze. Knock that gear lever to the left and it quite literally launches. Have yet to read owner's booklet but have kept under 4500rpm for now. 24.4mpg on the dial; have done around 150 miles of mixed driving.
My hands will be kept full for a wee while yet:
BMW performance grilles - fitted
BMW performance rear diffuser - on order
BMW performance rear lip spoiler - painted and ready to fit
BMW performance rear window slats - painted and ready to fit
Hamann ally pedal set - ready to fit
BMW front & rear mudguards - ready to fit
M licence plate surrounds - ready to fit
3m Ventureshield for bonnet, bumper, wings and headlights - en route from USA
BMW rear boot lip protector - ready to fit

And the 50d does rumble - in the jungle if you fancy it too!
Now fitted [because I was bored] the numberplate surrounds front & back, along with pressed Euro plates. Much better

Sorry to be a pain, but aren't the pressed Germany style plates illegal? Hate to see an envious bobby pull you and fine you for that.
