Hi Can anyone tell me how to increase the volume on the  spoken voice commands on the sat nav on the new hard drive sat nav system,I have difficulty hearing the directions thanks

Had the same issue myself some time back. Turn the sat nav on and when you hear  the voice command, at the same time, increase the volume using the volume button on the dash, The manual states you can only increase the volume when it is giving a voice command using this method. ;  Good luck!

A timely bit of advice.  The sat nav was so loud on the trip today I had to turn off the voice altogether as I couldn't work out how to reduce volume.  Now sorted, cheers.  :)
