Newbie Co Durham

Post by Ashway » Mon Nov 05, 2012 9:42 am

Just joined the forum after lurking for a couple of months. I've had numerous BMWs over the years and got my E70 in July, the first SUV i've ever had. Well pleased with it and ideal transport for our 2 Cocker spaniels.

My wife runs a Z4 and I'm also lucky enough to have a 996 Turbo S, in my spare time I'm Regional Organiser for the North East Region of Porsche Club GB.

looks to be a great forum

Thanks
Ash

Thanks for the warm welcome, good to see the Durham lads on here too.

Turbo S is awesome  (450BHP  :) )I just don't use it as often as I should, just had it MOT'd and only done  3K since last year. I won't be using it much now with the salt on the road so its plugged into the optimate with its cover on.

I did 1200 miles in the M last year, and 350 miles in my Golf Clipper, so you are not the only one  :))

Except that the M is on £460 road tax a year ....  :'(
