BMW BIKE LIFT PARTS ?

Hi bought 2 BMW bike lifts last year £430 hydraulic as I have M.E & struggle with lifting the bikes on the roof went to put them on the car & noticed the rear seat holder was missing on one , looked everywhere gone !
Called in at the dealers yesterday to order a new one , they have been de listed said the sales man you can only order a new unit £215 . Any Ideas ?
Also lost the key for my roofbox again asked at the same time for a replacement again they have been de listed how are you ment to order parts for these when one is a current model hydraulic bike lift & the other a 4 year old roofbox thats been used twice ?
Any help would be appreciated !

Have you tried looking on Reaoem for the part numbers?  Then doing a web search, or even another Dealership in case you're not being told the truth?

Far be it from me to accuse a Dealership of failing to support the customer.......but....... O:-)
