mercedes ml 320cdi anyone had one?

Post by shadrack » Sat Oct 13, 2012 7:51 pm

my mates thinking of getting one to be different as i had x5 others have rr, rrs, discos etc, and he asked if i knew anything about them which i said no!  ive looked a little on autotrader etc and they look cheap in comparason to an x5, but wondered if there is a reason behind this, it would be the current shape on 06- as we both agree the old shape is abit..well not that nice!

I looked at one before I got the X,

I though the inside was very cheap looking.

Look ok from the out side though and the AMG63 would be ok I supose :)

The E53 is IMHO a much better choice.  Looked at the ML back in 2004 when buying my X5 and wasn't impressed.  The Dealer was an arrogant @#*^%$¥ which was very off putting.  The X5 was more powerful and comfortable too if I remember correctly.

personally - i don't like the exterior shape i think it looks too much like a van than a 4x4, interior looks cheepish, i think it also doesn't handle as well.  :P

I too looked, but after reading reviews, seeing the not so nice interior, the lack of power and refinement, the general look etc, the X won hands down.  It is however reported to be better off road - seriously?
