New x5 owner from Scotland

Post by Graham_rob » Sat Sep 29, 2012 4:19 am

Bought my x5 at the start of the month. It's a 2005 3.0d sport. Cuffed to bits as its a lovely car. I'll post some pictures up soon as I'm offshore at the moment. Can't wait to get home and drive it!
I've got plans for a remap very soon!  :D

Welcome indeed, enjoy the banter, and remember, give as good as you get. It's all a good laugh with a great big dose of useful information too (at times);D

A few pics taken from my iPad so excuse the poor quality. A lovely car to drive, so much smoother and much better quality all round compared to a p reg range I drove for a while last year (2.5 HSE).
Upgraded the halo lights to white led and stuck on my new reg.

It's not as bad on the fuel as I expected, driving conservatively I can get over 30mpg. I could barely stay over 20 in the range.
