finally found her a car!

Post by shadrack » Wed Oct 10, 2012 9:44 am

So travelled around looking at cars listed as prestine to be greeted by a shed, looked at everything big and small, settled on getting an e90 shape 3 series, but then this came up for sale yesterday local and she loved her old e46 so thaugh we would go have a look, turned out there was a couple of tiny marks here and there and the wheels arnt really to our taste but look ok and have good tyres, went and bought it, full mot, 5months tax 90k with full bmw dealer servive history, drives and goes lovely for a 318ci (shocked me how good more modern 318s are), interior is like brand new black sport leather, has a harmon kardon Ipod intergration and when we got it home there was a tomtom in the glove box(bonus), also got it at below the bottom price the hpi check valued it at so see how it goes!Image

i think their m3 replica wheels, tbh they dont look that bad now, it was off a mature owner anyway, and as i say its only 2 owners, fbmwsh etc so should hold onto money ok, also its doing around 38mpg so realy im glad she never got the 320d as im then into turbos, swirl flaps etc and she only does 100 mile a week is she lucky, bit of a curve ball really as we were going to get the next e90 shape and a 08 or so, but she loves it so i have a quiet life!

Hi the car look in good condition you do seem to manage to find them quite easily. i think your right they do look like 19" M3 wheels to me.

if your don't take to the m3 style wheels you could always swop them for the original msport wheels.
