ULF disconnected due to current drain

A while ago Richard at Barker Motor Works disconnected my ULF that supports my BMW firmwared Motorola V50....This after his diagnostics linked it to a current drain.

Mindful a fair few in past binned or removed old kit to upgrade to factory bluetooth and belive the ULF in mine now dicontinued.

Not looking at upgrading to factory Bluetooth as simply not viable relative to value of car & lack of business miles I travel in it.

Just keen to keep all OE bits working whenever able.

I know my cars but not a guru when it comes to various ULF's and parts for phone set up etc.

Had a look at realoem but got confused :-[

Any thoughts/replies appreciated

Checked spec sheet of car and it seems I have option SA632

I think but not sure that I need one with a DB25 connector looking at this

Been reliably informed mine has an ecu & not a ULF as mine not bluetooth :-[
