If the self-level susp had failed properly you would be seeing red warning triangles in the text display, so unless they are still there it would have been a spurious error most likely.  With it being on roundabouts on both occasions, I'm more inclined to go with the 'contaminated road' option, otherwise it would most likely show up on all sharpish corners.  Fuel spills are getting increasingly common as people try to cram fuel into their tanks - more so on roundabouts near supermarkets (which may be offering a 5p a litre off deal). 

Some of the roundabouts around here close to these sort of garages are awful on certain days.  Even the forecourts can be in a dreadful state!!

Loss of control (slip) may be attributed to incorrectly fitted tyres. Tyres with directional tread fitted facing the wrong way will not disperse water properly. Directional tyres usually have a arrow pattern in the tread and are designed to work in only one direction of rotation and this will usually be marked on the sidewall of the tyre. 

If tyres have recently been changed may be worth checking if they are directional or asymmetric .
