Installing Bluetooth and an MP3 Input

Sorry if this isn't very coherent, but I am not overly technically minded.

I would like to update my X so that it has a fully integrated Bluetooth telephone kit and a way of connecting an MP3 player to the head unit.

My X has the professional sat nav, but no bluetooth phone connection that came with the full comms package.

I have read about the Dynavin solution, but am not sure if this would help if the car hasn't already been prepared for Bluetooth. I would also like to avoid the standard aftermarket solutions which tend to leave the car looking somewhat cluttered, and increase the chance of someone breaking in.

Any suggestions?
