When I bought the car, had it coated with glasscoat sort of stuff and took out gap and tyre insurance. When the documents for the tyre insurance arrived, I read them and realised it wasn't quite as described, so cancelled it within the 7 day cooling off period.

Had an email today asking to clarify what I had cancelled, as the total price had been discounted because I bought all three! What next......they are really pissing me off now and I might just issue proceedings for the other faults they haven't fixed if they start messing around.

They are a disgrace as a main dealer.

What a bunch of 'stewards - must be the loss of commission they are after, but as you said, claiming off them will cost them more so they really should just give it a rest now and send you the seal.....

Did you confirm the AUC warranty?

Yes, rung my local dealer today and it's back on cover. I'm waiting for Snows to try and pull some sort of stroke before I kick off big time !

I can't believe their attitude with this. I'd certainly take it to BMW GB with all your email correspondence, etc to show how you have been treated.
