Amp wiring

I'm trying to wire up my subwoofer amp but failing miserably on which wires to splice into. I have searched and found various threads on the subject but I must be too stupid to understand. It's a bog standard OEM install (no DSP, no Harmon Kardon, etc). I need to decide where to take the remote on/off signal from and where to pick up the OEM rear speaker left and right signals from (my sub amp has high level inputs). It's a facelift E53. Do I pick up all of these signals from the BM54? If so, which wires?

Do you have an amp in the bottom of the left boot cubby? It will be on the back of the Bluetooth's big shiny box?

No I don't. Nothing but air and a few other unknown substances lurking there.

Go to the quadlock on the BM54 and look for these:

Rear Left
+Yellow w/ Violet Stripe
- Yellow w/ Grey Stripe

Rear Right
+ Blue w/ Violet Stripe
- Blue w/ Grey Stripe

Splice these to get yourspeaker feed to the amp.

Remote is the purple w/ White stripe.
